Private apartment Sirena Resort 7b is an independently owned apartment located within Sirena Resort Curaçao. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you respect the house rules below. These house rules have been carefully drafted. However, guests remain responsible at all times for complying with the applicable rules of the resort.

1. Number of guests

• The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 guests (in accordance with the number of beds).
• Overnight stays by additional persons are not permitted without prior approval.

2. Pets, drug use or alcohol abuse

• Pets are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
• The use, possession, or distribution of narcotics or other intoxicating substances, including drugs and nitrous oxide, as well as excessive alcohol consumption, is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

3. Peace and respect

• Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted.
• No loud music.
• Please be considerate of other guests and residents of the resort, especially between 22:00 and 08:00.

4. Responsible use of water and electricity

Water and electricity are expensive in Curaçao:

• Please use water and electricity responsibly.
• Turn off air conditioning and lighting when you are not present.
• Avoid unnecessarily long showers.

5. Use and condition of the property

• It is not permitted to replace, alter, or remove items without permission from management or the owner.
• Handle the property, inventory, and furniture with care.

6. Shared facilities

• Leave shared areas (such as the pool and terraces) tidy.
• Put away chairs, towels, and other items after use.

7. Parking

• Do not park in front of waste containers or in unauthorized areas.
• Follow the resort's parking rules.

8. Securing the property

• Always lock windows and doors when leaving the apartment and the resort.

9. Damage and loss

• Report damage or defects immediately to the manager.
• The tenant is liable for damage that occurs during the stay.
• The tenant and all occupants are required to comply with the applicable regulations, house rules, and any additional rules as referred to in Section 5:128 BW, to the extent that these apply to them.

10. Use of additional facilities

• For additional requests (such as use of a barbecue or other facilities), please contact management in advance.

• Check-in: from 15:00
• Check-out: no later than 11:00
